3-4 weeks to ship after customization form is received.

• *Every banner is made to order. All lead times are estimates and assume 1) customization form is filled out the same day as your order and 2) final approval is provided by client within 3 business days of receiving the preliminary proof. Any delays in proof approval will push back the ship-by date.

• If you need your banner sooner, please add the rush fee listing to your cart and expedite your shipping at checkout.

1. Add to cart.

2. Submit your wording and other customizations through a form that will either be available immediately at checkout or emailed you to within 1 business day of your order.

3. Checkout through our site.

4. Three to five business days after you fill out the customization form, we will send ONE complimentary digital proof of your banner to approve. If needed, one round of minor revisions is also complimentary. Any additional proofs will cost $25 each.

5. Once approved, your banner will go into production. Our banners are printed in the US using eco-friendly, water-based ink on a medium weight linen/cotton blend.

6. You will receive a separate email with tracking once your banner ships.

Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of this product.

FABRIC

• Material: Medium weight linen/cotton blend (55% linen, 45% cotton)

PRINTING

• Always printed (no iron-ons!)

• Digitally printed in the US using eco-friendly ink. Cut by hand, each seating chart will vary slightly and come with raw, unhemmed edges.

HANGING

• You can add a dowel pocket and/or grommets to your banner for easy hanging. Dowel and twine are not included. Backdrop stand is not included. You will receive just a banner with your purchase.

You banner may be wrinkled from its travels, but no fear! Please follow the care instructions below:

1. Hang banner upon receipt and use a steamer or iron on the reverse side of the fabric.

2. Hang banner to allow the rest of the wrinkles to fall out naturally.

3. Spot clean and hand wash only.
